Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Full-Time (4-day week) in Central Illinois Private Practice

Thriving Gynecology practice has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Medical Office Assistant. Join Central Illinois’s Best of the Best in Gynecology, 2024-2017.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Illinois Medical Office Assistant (MOA) license certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience: preferably in gynecology
- Current CPR
- Ability to work well under mental pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with physicians, team members and patients
SKILLS NEEDED:
- Knowledgeable of gynecologic conditions and treatments a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently
- Efficiently room patients for providers
- Manage pre-certifications
- Manage prescription refills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills with knowledge in Intergy and other software systems helpful.
